Reporting a vulnerability
We value the work of security researchers and welcome reports about the Axiogen platform, API, and website.
Scope. *.axiogen.ai, the Axiogen API, and the Axiogen web application. Out of scope: third-party services we use but do not operate, social-engineering of Axiogen staff or customers, physical attacks, denial-of-service testing, and automated scanning that degrades service.
What to send. A description of the issue, affected URL or endpoint, steps to reproduce, proof of concept if available, and your assessment of impact. Please do not access, modify, or retain data that is not your own; if you encounter customer or professional data, stop and report immediately.
What we will do. Acknowledge your report within [1] business day, keep you informed of progress, work to remediate validated issues on a timeline matched to severity, and — with your permission — credit you once the issue is resolved. Safe harbor.
