How aesthetics pharma maps US practices
The job is a practice-level map of the US for toxin and filler commercial teams. Not a national TAM slide. Not a ZIP list. Not a specialty roll-up. The commercial unit is the practice.
Reimbursed specialty has a claims trail. Aesthetics does not. Volume lives in practices that may share an owner, a director, a URL, and three legal names. If files do not share objects, the team has a reconciliation project.
Toxin and filler is category language for the book. It is not an attack on any manufacturer. Qsight occupies a SERP category-definition space. That is a category observation, not an attack.
What practice-level means
A practice-level map answers: which practices inject; who works there; what signals attach; which objects sit in which territory.
A practice is a site of work. People can belong to more than one site. A territory is a cut of the same objects.
Why one ontology
Commercial, Insights, and Medical Affairs cut the same graph. One ontology for practices, people, and signals is the architecture.
