The Calibration Standard.
The methodological floor under the National Atlas and the Synthetic Population — three-stage validation across anchor reliability, Bayesian bias correction, and conformal prediction.
Volume III reveals the per-domain calibration tables, anchor-validation coefficients, and Bayesian priors that make Volumes I and II defensible. It is exactly the document a competitor would need to attempt to copy the work.
A request is itself a qualifying act — it tells us a real biostats, RWD, or analytics function is reviewing the methodology, not a casual reader. Approved requesters become known partners.
Some passages discuss bias-correction trajectories that are sensitive in a regulatory or competitive intelligence context. Gating lets us share them without forfeiting their value.

Volumes I and II are already open.
The National Atlas (Volume I) and the Synthetic Population (Volume II) require no gating — Volume III is the methodology paper that makes both defensible. Read the first two while we review your access request.
